SHIFTED’S SHIPPING POLICY

We strive to process all orders within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shifted is happy to offer free shipping on all orders over $100.00!
Otherwise, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@getshifted.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

In some instances, our carriers may be unable to deliver to P. O. Boxes.

Return Policy

Our supplement products can be returned within 15 calendar days of the original purchase of the product if unopened and in original packaging. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that: 

  • The product was purchased within the last 15 days. 
  • The product is unopened, in its original packaging. 

Apparel can be returned only for an exchange to a different size within 15 calendar days of original purchase.  To be eligible for a return and exchange to a different size, please make sure that:

  • Apparel was purchased within the last 15 days. 
  • Apparel is unworn, unwashed, with tag(s), and in new condition. 

Please note:

  • All returns require order confirmation or proof of purchase from getshifted.com
  • We are only able to accept returns on purchases made directly from Shifted.
  • No returns are accepted on items purchased on sale.
  • We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third-party retailers.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Damaged Product
