I used this product for my resistance training and conditioning workouts. I noticed that I had a little greater capacity to push through my reps as well as complete more volume during my conditioning. The product tasted fine (the Berry had an Ice Tea note to it). The caffeine dosage did not cause any jitters probably due to the help of Theanine and the delayed caffeine release portion. Overall, it is rare to see a preworkout that has just about everything you need and particularly at the effective dosages to make an impact. Given the price of other workouts Shifted is better off than most.

I waited to leave a review until I was scraping the bottom of the tub. Top notch formula, great ingredients. I had zero crash. I used this pre-workout in a diet and exercise regimen. Though obviously not the sole reason it did play a role in me losing 62lbs thus far by keeping my workouts focused and energized. I had zero face tingle and zero itch like other pre-workouts.

Tried a couple pre-workouts and found this one the best. I take it at 4am before working out and I don't crash all day. Able to function and stay up late still. I take additional creatine cause there's not much in it for my personal goals. Doesn't have that artificially sweetened taste a lot of pre-workouts do. It's an ugly purple color but works awesome. I'm able to do HIIT daily and side effect is slight loss in appetite so no complaints here. I've been taking this for about 2 months now and I wouldn't switch to another.
