Hey I'm Jacob Maloney, and I'm currently pursuing my athletic career as a football player at Hillsdale College.
I am going into my third year on the team currently positioned as an inside linebacker. I genuinely love the game, and am always striving for success.
In addition to my college football journey, I'm also a certified personal trainer. I find immense joy in helping others achieve their fitness goals.
During the summer, I've been training at M43 in Lansing, Michigan, which has been a great experience.

Lilly Bernardi is a Division I Collegiate Strength & Conditioning Coach and former collegiate lacrosse athlete. As a collegiate athlete, she competed on the TCNJ Women’s Lacrosse team that made 1 National Championship appearance, 2 Final Fours, and 3 Regional Finals before her career was cut short by the COVID pandemic. Bernardi graduated TCNJ with her Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Exercise Science.
She then attended Hofstra University where she received her Master’s Degree in Sport Science with a concentration in Strength & Conditioning.
She holds her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and is a Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC) through the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coach’s Association. Additionally, she holds her Precision Nutrition Level 1 certification.

My name is Jon Haskew, I am a Full Time Jiu Jitsu and MMA Coach from South Pittsburg,TN where I reside with my wife and our 4 dogs.
I have been a lifelongathlete, beginning with Football, also competing in Track & Field and finally finding Martial Arts at age 18.I have a Bachelor's Degree from Middle Tennessee State University, I am a Certified Personal Trainer under ACE and a 1st Degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
During my career I have coached several MMA Champions and Gold Medalists at various Grappling tournaments around the Southeast like NAGA and IBJJF. As a student, I am always trying to get better at not only Jiu Jitsu but other Martial Arts and Human Performance overall.

My name is Jared, I am 24 years old. I was born and raised in Flint Michigan. I became interested in sports at a young age. The first sport I played was football which I started in the third grade and played all the way until my senior year of high school, winning multiple awards of achievement throughout the years. I also played basketball while in middle school.
When I was in high school I played football, and lacrosse. I ended up play lacrosse at Madonna University in Livonia Michigan for 1 season. Unfortunately college wasn’t really for me so I stopped going after the first year and started working full time.
Now I work full time as a UPS driver and also am an amateur bodybuilder. I’ve been bodybuilding for almost 6 years now and it is one of my passions. I am a NPC light heavyweight bodybuilding champion and national qualifier. I train 6-7 days per week perfecting my craft, and I am currently chasing my pro card.
I would like to become a career bodybuilder and compete professionally for as long as possible. I believe with the right work ethic, discipline, dedication, and mental drive I can be one of the top bodybuilders in the world in the future years to come.

Hey, I’m Tyler Hankins! I am an assistant Jiu-Jitsu coach at Tenacity Adventure Fitness in Tracy City, Tn. Jiu-Jitsu has been a huge part of my life since I started training back in October of 2014. I currently hold the rank of Brown belt, and I’m working consistently on achieving the rank of Black belt.
When I’m not doing Jiu-Jitsu, I enjoy traveling the country, hiking, biking, mountaineering, or really anything that gets me outdoors and onto the next adventure.

DJ is currently a Collegiate Division I Strength and Conditioning Coach. In his time developing as a coach, DJ has worked with sports including lacrosse, wrestling, baseball, basketball, soccer, tennis, volleyball, and golf.
DJ attended Hofstra University where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, and duel Master’s Degrees in Strength & Conditioning and Exercise Physiology. He also currently holds certifications as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), CSCCa Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC), and a Certified Sports Nutritionist Certification (CISSN).
DJ grew up consistently competing in sports focusing mainly on baseball as well as basketball, football, and wrestling. Most recently he has competed in powerlifting for the USAPL. Shifted is a staple supplement line in his training routine as the products help performance during training sessions as well as recovery from one session to the next.
