I stumbled upon yoga in an eager attempt to save my aching back from the demands of corporate life. I offer techniques that are accessible to all levels of practitioners. My mission is to help motivate and encourage others to live outside the box and continuously strive to achieve their goals through the practice of yoga, on and off the mat.
