But unfortunately the internet is a hostile place, and so to protect ourselves from bad actors, we need to outline a few basic terms and conditions that define and explain this guarantee.

All terms and conditions must be met for the guarantee to apply and for the customer to be elligble for a refund.

1. Guarantee only applies to purchases of SHIFTED's Strawberry Smoothie flavored Whey Protein Isolate, and no other products or flavors.

2. Guarantee only applies to orders of SHIFTED's Strawberry Smoothie flavored Whey Protein Isolate where the ordered quantity is equal to or less than 30 servings (30 individual packets of the product).

3. For a customer to be elligble for this guarantee and/or a refund, they must acknowledge and agree to these terms by providing their consent.

4. For a customer to claim a refund, they must provide proof of purchase of the naturally sweetened whey protein isolate powder that was more delicious than SHIFTED's Strawberry Smoothie flavor. The proof of purchase must indicate that the purchase was made within 6 months of the customer's refund request.

5. To be elligible for this guarantee, customers must submit an accurate name and email below, which also serves as a signing of consent.
