Protein Ball Ingredients:

  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup unblanched almond flour
  • ¼ cup shaved almonds
  • ½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1 scoop of shifted vanilla or chocolate milk whey protein powder 
  • 3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons granulated stevia (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • Preparation:

  • Combine almond butter, almond flour, shaved almonds, protein powder, coconut oil, stevia, and chia seeds in a food processor. Pulse until the mixture is well combined and clumps together.
  • Stir in sugar-free chocolate chips and pulse briefly to mix through without breaking them down too much.
  • With damp hands, roll the mixture into balls of your desired size.
  • Place on a tray and refrigerate for 10 minutes to set.
